It's Time that We, the People, Started a
Christian Values
Revolution!
It's Peaceful, Effective, and Legal!
I am sure that never was a people who had more reason to acknowledge a Divine interposition in their affairs than those of the United States; and I should be pained to believe that they have forgotten that agency, which was so often manifested during our Revolution, or that they failed to consider the omnipotence of that God who is alone able to protect them.
Our Founding Fathers established the United States on the Bible and upon Christian principles. [see Religious Beliefs of the Founding Fathers] From 1607 until 1962, The Ten Commandments were the Common Law of the Land. From 1776 until 1962, America was a Christian nation. Then came the lawsuits. Today, many of us can be fired from our jobs
for wishing someone Merry Christmas. The court-ordered reconstruction of America from
a Christian nation into an Atheistic State is fast becoming reality. Yet there is hope.
The Constitution of the United States grants us—We, the People--the right to Vote
and choose our leaders. We also have the authority to Impeach elected officials who try
to circumvent the Constitution. Just as importantly, we have the power to Petition our government to hear our ideas and grievances. The Constitution guarantees that our
petitions must be considered by the House of Representatives, at both the federal and state
level.
As registered voters, we can demand that our elected officials pass laws that place America back on the Godly course established by our Founding Fathers. As registered voters, we can start a Christian Values Revolution in this country! In eight short years--two national and state election cycles-- we can re-establish moral values in our political system, our criminal justice system, our public school system, and our public airwaves. Who are we? We are the Silent Majority. And it’s time we speak up!
One way you can let your voice be heard is by contacting your elected representative in the House and Senate in Washington, D.C. How? By dialing the Congressional Switchboard at 202-224-3121. Even if you don’t know who your representative is, that operator does and will connect you. You can also email your Congressmen and Senators by going to www.house.gov/writerep or www.senate.gov.
President Ronald Reagon said, In dealing with Congress, it is not necessary that they see the light, but that they feel the heat. You and I need to turn up the heat on the House and Senate.
There are local, state, and national elections on the horizon. Your vote matters--very much!
If America is to survive as a Christian nation, letting your voice be heard is critical! Those who oppose God do not write Godly laws. Therefore, why elect the godless to represent you?
Never forget: the United States of America is a Republic. And a Republic has a representative form of government that exists to reflect the will of the Majority! The American Civil Liberties Union does not want you to remember that the United States is a Republic. Why? Because you are the majority, not the ACLU.
The ACLU wants you to think that our form of government exists to cater to the Lone Complainer, that our government must make the Single Exception the Law of the Land.
That notion has no historical basis in American history. It is a new, radical doctrine that
is being forced upon you by the ACLU to advance their political agenda of Communism.
Each of America’s founding documents, such as The Mayflower Compact, The Articles
of Confederation, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States,
and the fifty State Constitutions, substantiate that the United States of America is a Republic.
And a Republic exists to reflect the will of the majority.
In our Republic, there are many more Christians—millions more Christians--than those
who oppose God. Why, then, are we are being ruled by one organization, the ACLU? In our Republic, why are a handful of Judges being allowed to legislate Atheism from the bench?
Beware of the Wolf in sheep’s clothing: the ACLU. The founder of the ACLU, Roger Baldwin, is on record as stating: Communism is the goal. He is on record as stating:
We’ve depended upon the courts as the vehicle by which we assert our interpretation of
the Constitution. The United States Congress is on record as stating: The American Civil Liberties Union is closely affiliated with the Communist movement in the United States.
It claims to stand for free speech, free press, and free assembly, but it is apparent that the main function of the ACLU is an attempt to protect the Communists. [see The ACLU's Disturbing Agenda for America]
We, as Christians, must let our voice be heard! We can do this by exercising our right to
Vote and choosing our leaders, by Impeaching government officials [elected and appointed] who disregard the Constitution, and by filing Petitions with our House of Representatives [state and federal]. The Christian Values Revolution in America starts now! And it begins
with you and me, and our friends and neighbors, and our co-workers! Who are we? We are
the Silent Majority. And it’s time we speak up!
Re-establishing our Republic as a moral, safe, just America is no pipe dream. It's a simple process, created constitutionally by our Founding Fathers. Criminals can be put behind bars. Our public airwaves can be cleaned up. Term Limits can be imposed on Congressmen and Senators. And activist Judges can be removed from office. It all starts with us, We, the People, giving Capital Hill the V.I.P. Treatment: Vote, Impeach, Petition.
It goes without saying that you and I must do our best to live the Gospel. But it
also means that we need to become pro-active as Christian citizens. You’ve been conditioned
by the ACLU and the liberal media to be silent and not challenge them. They are counting
on you to remain passive. However, our role model is Jesus Christ.
Jesus was not some wimpy, whipping-post for evil. He was pro-active, he was courageous, and he took a stand for righteousness. He was not afraid to speak out against immorality. He even faced death itself in order to defeat sin.
Today, [October 2008], it's not illegal for us to meet as a church. It's not against the law
for us to send our children to Christian schools. The goverment has not yet replaced our
Bibles with the State-approved version. The real verdict in The State v. Jesus Christ will
be determined by you and I, for we must now make a choice: Stand up for the Gospel and
a law-abiding, Free Enterprise Republic…or become legally enslaved to disturbing political agenda of the ACLU. Which will it be?
